Once you have been selected to become a Fresh Franchisee we want you in our head office for training almost immediately. The reason being is we need to prepare you for appointments with potential locations in your area.

- How to conduct a Location interview

- Placement of the machine
- Keys and opening and securing the machine
- Power switch
- Loading snack product
- Loading refrigerated product
- Changing price tags
- Service mode button
- Set/Change prices
- Test vend
- Coin payout

- Bill acceptor removal
- Empty bill acceptor
- Change receptacle
- Coin Mechanism removal
- Cashless connections (ANT, MDB)
- Basic Troubleshooting: Coin jam, bill jam, sensor errors
- Product Hangs (prevent)
- Coin Jams/Bill Jams
- Clear Errors

Fresh Vending Machine Preventive Maintenance
Once a Month: Clean cabinet interior, Clean cabinet exterior, Clean Bottom inlet screen, Clean bill acceptor, Clean coin mechanism
Every Six Months: Clean Door Seals, Clean Evaporator Coil, Clean Rear Screen, Clean Delivery Box Bottom, AC
Note: This training session will be filmed for each Franchisee with a copy of the session made available for future trouble shooting assistance. Training can also be held within your own territory if you are not interested in visiting Fresh Healthy Vending headquarters.
